Abstract
The purpose of this study explores the relationship of between adoption factors, adoption, integration and performance in e-SCM. Especially we focus on research objective about korean firms and chinese supplier in China. To achieve this purpose, we had a extensive literature review. Based on the literature, research model was proposed to test the relationship of research variables. We suggested network effect, relation specific assets(business-process and domain knowledge specific assets) expected benefits(relationship improvement, efficiency improvement, increasing of market opportunities) and adoption cost(financial adoption cost, management complexity, transaction risk) as adoption factors, e-scm's breath and depth as e-scm adoption, financial, logistic, information integration as e-scm integration, and operational efficiency and market knowledge creation as e-scm performance. We empirically tested a number of hypothesized relationships. Our results follows that network effect, business-process specific assets, and efficiency improvement had a effect on e-scm adoption, domain knowledge specific assets partially affected e-scm adoption. E-scm adoption enhanced integration, e-scm integration significantly increased performance.
