우리나라 중·고령자의 퇴직결정과 재무적 유인 - 연기연금 확대방안의 효과에 대한 모의실험 -

| dc.description.abstract | 기존의 많은 이론적 ․ 실증적 연구들은 중․고령자의 퇴직결정에 영향을 미치는요인들에 주목하였다. 본 연구는 선택가치 모형을 통해 우리나라 중 ‧ 고령자의퇴직결정에 재무적 유인이 미치는 영향을 국내 처음으로 실증분석한다는 점에서나름의 의의를 갖는다. 이때, 국내의 다양한 조사자료들 중에서 국민연금급여를실제값과 가장 가깝게 산출할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 국민노후보장패널(v3.4)을이용함으로써, 분석결과의 신뢰성을 제고하고 있다. 그 주요 결과로써, 첫째, 우리나라중․고령자들의 퇴직결정에 미치는 재무적 유인의 영향은 유의한 동시에, 퇴직결정이장기적인 관점으로 이루어진다고 판단된다. 둘째, 2010년 말 입법예고된 바 있는연기연금 확대방안이 실질적인 효과를 얻기 위해선 연금제도 외적인 요인들의 변화가수반될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 퇴직결정에 대한 기대연금자산의 소득효과는연금액이 일정수준을 넘어설 때 나타나는 특수한 현상일 가능성이 높은데, 추후면밀한 검토가 요구된다. | - |
