GSCM 발전단계와 성과에 관한 연구: 제조 기업을 중심으로

Abstract

The object of this study is to demonstrate the relationship of GSCM developmental stage and firm's performance. To achieve this object, we review the literature about GSCM and develop GSCM developmental stage. We suggest that GSCM developmental stage is four typologies as GSCM early stage, internal GSCM stage, external GSCM stage, GSCM stage. Our hypothesis is that the firm with higher GSCM development stage are associated with higher firm's performance. To validate this hypothesis, the survey questionnaire was developed on the literatures and experts opinions. We collected data from manufacturing firms are certificated ISO 14001 in Korea. The result is that we empirically found GSCM developmental stage using cluster analysis. The firms with higher GSCM developmental stage achieve higher firm's performance
