| dc.description.abstract | Ag2O를 첨가한 비납계 0.98(Na0.5,K0.5)NbO3-0.02Li(Sb0.17Ti0.83)O3 (hereafter 0.98NKN- 0.02LST) 세라믹스는 일반적인 세라믹스 제작 방법으로 제작되었다. 시편은 1 mol%의 Ag2O를 첨가했을 때 가장 우수한 특성을 나타냈다. 1,100℃ 0.98NKN-0.02LST+1.0 mol%Ag2O 세라믹스는 207 pC/N의 압전 상수 값을 나타낸다. 98NKN-0.02LST+1.0 mol%Ag2O 세라믹스는 비납계 압전 물질로써 유망한 후보물질이다. | - |
