| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 2005년 이후 경상남도에서 시행된 129개 정책을 대상으로 정책결정에 소요되는 시간이 정책성과에 미치는 영향을 정책결정의 단계별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 정책 결정 소요 시간에 영향을 미치는 요인을 환경적 요인, 정책특성요인, 절차적 요인, 정책유형으로 구분하였으며, 정책결정의 단계는 정책이 발생해서 정책시안이 확정되기까지의 단계, 정책시안이 확정된 후 내부안이 확정되기까지의 단계, 내부안 확정에서 정책으로 확정되기까지의 단계, 정책확정 후 정책시행까지의 단계로 구분하였다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 이러한 정책결정의 단계별 소요시간이 정책의 성과에 최종적으로 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석함으로써 정책의 소요시간이 실질적으로 정책성과와 어떠한 관련이 있는가를 살펴보았다. | - |
