| dc.description.abstract | Customers for health products do not have in-depth knowledge of the products which they are searching for. They tend to complain of their pains or to ask for help with their symptoms. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a system which provides recommendation lists that reflect both customers' tendency and their search queries. Many cyber shopping malls provide their customers with a recommendation list of their products. Main approaches can be divided into two methods, content-based filtering and collaborative filtering. In this paper, we present a recommender system using mixed filtering that combines the benefits of both content-based filtering and collaborative filtering. | - |
