| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 불임부부를 대상으로 불임부부 양측의 입장에서 경험하는 불임스트레스, 우울 및 삶의 질 정도를 파악하고 이들의 삶의 질 예측요인을 비교･분석한 연구이다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 2011년 6월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 4개월 동안 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 J시와 C시에 소재하는 불임클리닉에 등록한 불임환자 61명과 그 배우자 61명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 18.0을 이용하여 단계선택법을 이용한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 불임스트레스와 우울은 여성이 남성(배우자)보다 높았고 삶의 질은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 불임스트레스와 우울은 불임부부의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향요인임을 알 수 있었으나 불임부부의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 여성과 남성(배우자)이 다르게 나타나 이를 바탕으로 불임부부에게 삶의 질을 증진시키는 전략이 필요하며 전략수립 시에 불임부부 각각 즉, 여성과 남성(배우자)별 접근방법이 달라야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. | - |
