| dc.description.abstract | 관상동맥 중재술은 카테터를 통해 협착부위에 스텐트를 삽입하여 치료를 할 수 있는 대표적 검사방법이다. 중재술의 시행에 있어 어려운 점으로는 다양한 스텐트의 종류로 인해 스텐트의 선택에 어려움이 있다. 때문에 협착부위의 혈관 폭을 정확히 측정하여 시술자로 하여금 알맞은 크기의 스텐트를 선택할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자가 지정한 지점에서 혈관의 중심선을 그린 후, 유클리드 거리 측정법을 이용하여 혈관의 폭을 측정하여 혈관의 폭을 픽셀기반의 프로파일로 나타내었다. 본 실험은 시술자로 하여금 알맞은 크기의 스텐트를 선택할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. | - |
