| dc.description.abstract | 최근 대학과 기업 간의 산학공동기술개발, 기술이전 및 사업화 실적이 지속적으로 향상되고 있으며, 대학의 산업체 맞춤형 교육 및 연구를 강화하는 등의 산학협력 활동을 통한 대학과 기업 간의 상생발전을 도모하는 추세이다. 이에 대학과 기업 간의 산학협력 활성화와 성공적 추진을 위하여 주요 요인에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔다. 하지만, 아직까지 기업의 규모에 따른 주요 요인 분석에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 규모에 따른 대학과 기업간 산학협력 성공요인의 중요도를 분석하고자 한다. 선행연구에서 제시된 산학협력 성공요인들을 대상으로 계층분석과정(AHP)을 활용한 전문가 평가를 통해 기업 규모별 성공요인들의 우선순위가 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대기업은 학습·훈련, 제도·법규 및 산학시설 순서로, 중견기업은 인력전문성, 네트워크 구축 및 경영진 의지 순서로, 중소기업은 경영진의지, 인력전문성 및 산학경험 순서로 기업 규모별 중요성의 차이가 나타났다. 이를 통해 기업 규모별 중요요인을 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 산학협력사업 수행 시 기업 규모에 따른 맞춤형 산학협력 가이드라인을 제시하는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다. | - |
