- Abstract
- 본 연구는 초보간호사의 이직의도에 대한 탐색적 연구로 양적자료와 질적자료를 모두 포함하였다. 질적자료는 설문지의 개방형 질문으로 수집되었으며 내용분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 6개 병원으로부터 3년이하의 경력을 가진 초보간호사를 대상으로 하였으며 대상자 수는 모두 245명이었다. 연구결과 초보간호사의 이직의도 경험은 5개범주의 14개 주제로 요약되었으며 경험내용으로는 대인관계 스트레스(33.7%)가 가장 많았고 다음으로 간호직에 대한 회의감(21.6%)이 많았으며, 기타 직접 간호수행 능력 부족(19.8%), 복리후생에 대한 불만족(13.0%) 비간호 업무에 대한 부담(11.9%) 등이 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초보간호사의 이직의도를 줄이기 위한 중재방안 마련에 중요한 기초자료가 될 수 있다.
