스마트폰 사용자의 플로우 선행변수, 플로우, 만족도에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship of flow‘s antecedents, flow, and satisfaction of smartphone users. To accomplish this objective, we reviewed various literatures and developed a research model based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), and flow theory. To examine the research model, we collected data at Jinju area in Korea. We used a structural equation model analysis known as PLS to verify the research hypotheses. The results indicate that enjoyment and relatedness are positively related with flow and flow has a positive relationship with satisfaction of smartphone users.
