Abstract

There is a crisis that the provinces will disappear due to the low birth rate, aging population, and population concentration in the metropolitan area. In the region, various essential services have been extinguished due to population decline and need to be revitalized. This study was planned as the ultimate goal to induce the effect of population inflow by activating local startups by utilizing local resources and supplementing local services through this. The researcher is an expert in planning and operating local entrepreneurship education program, and as a practitioner of this study, he intends to participate in all processes from planning to implementation and reflection, and to suggest the direction of the local entrepreneurship education program as a field expert. After operating the 'Local Startup Campus@' education program, there was an evaluation process. Educational directions were presented such as locality, fun and flexible educational operation, practical start-up process education and support required, recruitment of participating teams with strong entrepreneurial spirit is the most important, and consideration of e-commerce factors of crowdfunding.
