- Abstract
- 본 연구는 자치단체장과 노조위원장의 리더십 유형인 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십에 대한 인식이 공무원들의 조직몰입과 노조몰입에 미치는 영향을 조직신뢰와 노조신뢰를 매개변수로 활용하여 분석하고 공무원의 이중몰입이 존재하는지에 대해 실증해 보았다. 연구결과 자치단체장의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십은 조직신뢰를 매개로 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 노조위원장의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십은 노조신뢰를 매개로 노조몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 조직신뢰는 자치단체장의 변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입을 부분매개하고, 자치단체장의 서번트 리더십과 조직몰입은 완전매개 하였다. 노조신뢰는 노조위원장의 변혁적 리더십과 노조몰입을 완전매개하고, 노조위원장의 서번트 리더십과 노조몰입은 부분매개 하였다. 노조몰입과 조직몰입의 하위요인들에 대한 상관관계 분석 결과 공무원의 이중몰입이 존재하였다.
