| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 중학생이 지각하는 부모의 애정적 양육태도, 정서적 지지, 자존감과 대인관계 갈등해결능력의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 중학생의 대인관계 갈등해결능력을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 남녀 중학생 396명(남 197명, 여 199명)의 자료를 수집하였고 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 애정적 양육태도와 자존감이 높아질수록 중학생의 대인관계 갈등해결능력이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 애정적 양육태도와 대인관계 갈등해결 능력간의 관계에서 정서적 지지와 자존감의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계점 및 후속연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다. | - |
