| dc.description.abstract | 정부차원에서의 중소기업 R&D 투자비중은 지속적인 증가 추세이나, 중소기업의 기술수준 및 수출비중은 정체되거나 후퇴하고 있다. 중소기업은 기술역량 부족으로 중견기업으로의 성장에 한계가있으며, 중소기업의 R&D 인력난은 점점 가중되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 중소기업의 열악한현실을 개선하기 위해서는 중소기업의 R&D 활동과 역량을 강화할 수 있는 실효성 있는 인력지원방안 마련이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업 R&D 지원 현황을 살펴보고, 중소기업 R&D 인력현황과 문제점을 분석한 후, 중소기업 R&D 인력지원을 위하여 정부가 추진해야 할 정책과제를 도출하고자 한다. 정책과제는 중소기업 R&D 인력의 지원 규모, 지원 분야, 지원 정책 및 중소기업에대한 사회적 인식에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소기업이 안정적으로 R&D인력을 수급함으로써 기술혁신을 통하여 중견기업으로 도약할 수 있는 기반 마련 및 중소기업 R&D 인력 고용개선에 대한 정책적 가이드라인을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. | - |
