| dc.description.abstract | 학교에서의 준법교육의 타당성을 ‘제도적 규범적 방면에서, 우리나라 현행 법체계에 비추어’ 검토함과 아울러 ‘사물논리적 현실적 방면에서, 법과 교육의 본질과 한계에 비추어’ 검토한 다음 두 방면 모두에서 부정적 결론을 제시했던 2006년의 “학교에서의 준법교육의 타당성 검토”를 이어서, 준법교육 관련 국가 교육과정의 변화를 추적 검토한 다음, 학계의 관련논의들을 검토 비판하고, 학교에서의 준법교육을 타당성을 ‘교육의 본질’, ‘우리나라 현행 법규범의 제약’, ‘실용성’, ‘윤리적 근거’에 비추어 차례대로 검토 재검토한다. 검토 결과는 네방면 모두에서 부정적이다. 그러므로 자연스레 학교에서 준법교육을 중단하자는 주장 내지요청이 결론으로 이끌려나온다. | - |
