| dc.description.abstract | 최근 창업교육의 양적 확산 현상이 정부주도로 이루어지고 있다. 교육 확대로 대상에 맞는 교육 목적과 방법, 교육체계 정립의 중요성 역시 높아지고 있다. 양적으로 증가하는 창업교육의 질적 완성도를 높이기 위하여 교육기관에게는 교육정의와 교육방향에 대한 다양한 연구가 요구되는 시점이다. 본 연구는 교육의 공급자 관점에서 간과될 수 있는 교육 수요자 관점을 논의 대상으로 끌어내고자 한다. 이를 위하여 창업교육을 받는 수요자 입장에서 교육을 살펴보고 정의한다. 창업교육의 정의에 대한 국내 연구가 희소하고, 수요자 관점에서 분석한 선행연구를 찾기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 근거이론을 활용하여 탐색적 접근방법을 활용한 연구를 진행한다. 연구결과는 창업교육을 이해하는 데 필요한 이론적 토대 마련에 기여하고, 창업교육을 제공하는 교육기관과 정책기관에서 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다. | - |
