| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 주요 목적은 최근 제정된 「발달장애인 권리보장 및 지원에 관한 법률(2014.5.20.)」의 실효성을 높이기 위하여, 일본 발달장애인지원법 시행 후에 나타난 문제점을 고찰하여 한국에서 활용할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제시하는 것이다. 연구결과, 한국의 발달장애인지원법의 실효성을 제고하기 위하여 첫째, 당사자 참여보장을 통한 정부와 당사자 간의 협의 조정, 둘째, 발달장애의 개념에 대한 불일치의 재검토, 셋째, 상호보완적인 교육체계의 지원환경의 확립, 넷째, 교원 및 전문인력 양성의 충실화, 다섯째, 노동보호정책으로써 보호에서 직업재활 대상자로의 인식변화, 여섯째, 종적 행정의 폐해를 해결하기 위한 부처 간 긴밀한 연계를 제언하였다. | - |
