- Abstract
- 원화 환율의 상승은 이론적으로 해외시장 매출액을 증가시키지만, 기업의 해외시장의존도가 클수록, 수입원자재 의존도가 낮을수록 기업채산성이 개선될 가능성이 높다. 우리나라의 2001-2012년 업종별 기업자료를 이용하여 환율변화가 기업채산성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 업종별로 보면 종이목재업, 화학업, 철강금속업을 제외한 대부분의 업종에서 환율 상승의 채산성 효과를 확인할 수 없었다. 그러나 수출중심기업과 내수중심기업을 분리하여 분석한 결과 수출기업은 환율상승으로 채산성이 개선된 반면 내수기업은 오히려 채산성이 악화된 것으로 나타났다.
