- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among service quality, student satisfaction, and performance in IT education, as well as the moderating effect of education commitment in IT education. Survey was conducted to test and investigate hypotheses from 1 July to 20 July in 2014. 279 questionnaires were used in the final analysis by using methodology. The result showed that corporality, reliability, consensual, optical response type, IT service quality have positive impact on student satisfaction. And student satisfaction also has a positive impact on education performance. Finally, moderating effects of education commitment in the relationships between reliability and student satisfaction, confidence and student satisfaction, consensual and student satisfaction, and student satisfaction and performance education are all significant. IT education institute will be able to acquire a sustainable competitive advantage in the process of IT education service, in case of taking advantage of the relationship among the main factors being revealed in this study.
