| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 지역대학이 인문사회계열 산학협력 사업의 추진을 통해 지역 발전에 기여하고 있는 일본의 사례 분석을 통하여 지역발전에 있어서 대학의 역할에 대해 고찰하고, 우리나라에 대한 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 일본 사례 분석의 결과, 인문사회계열 지역대학의 주도에 의해 다양한 지역 주체들의 적극적인 참여와협조를 통한 산학협력 활동이 지역발전에 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. 지금까지 지역문제 해결에 있어서 소극적이었던 대학의 역할에서 벗어나 인문사회계열 산학협력을 통해 지역사회와 보다 적극적인 관계 맺음으로써, 대학이 경제, 문화, 교육 등의 다방면에서 지역사회의 문제와 과제들을 해결·극복하고 있는 것이다. 이에지역발전을 위한 인문사회계열 산학협력의 활성화를 위해서는 산학협력에 대한 인식 제고, 학생주도의 프로그램 개발, 대학차원의 적극적인 의지와 노력, 정부 차원의 지원 방안 마련 등이 요구된다. | - |
