- Abstract
- In organizations including firms, roles of individuals and concentrating on them are considered to be very important for whole performance for which the job satisfaction of members is treated as one of major variables. Job satisfaction, which is heavily depends on individual factors, varies frequently according to personal traits. With this reason, satisfactory performance can be obtained through manpower arrangement considering individuals’ personal traits.
In this paper, the main focus is to propose a method of evaluation of propriety of manpower arrangement with analyzing and identifying typically shared individuals’ personal traits comparing job satisfaction. The social network analysis is utilized to build the methodology and show the effectiveness of the method with a real case. The methodology proposed in this paper can be an alternative utilized for the effective manpower arrangement under consideration of each individual’s personal trait in an organization.
Comparing with the existing researches which usually concentrate on the personal trait as a factor of job satisfaction, this methodology can be more practical for organization assessment, manpower arrangement, identification of personal traits matching special kinds of jobs and so on.
