| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 고압전기 스파크(spark)에 의해 발생한 양안 황반병증 1예를 경험하여 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 40세 남자가 2일 전에 고압전기 스파크에 의해 양안 수상 후 발생한 양안 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 시력은 최대교정시력 양안 각각 4/20으로 측정되었다. 양안 안저소견에서 중심망막 부위에서 황색 변성 및 반흔이 관찰되었고 빛간섭단층촬영상 양안에서 광수용체 내외절 경계부 손상이 관찰되었다. 3년간 외래 경과관찰하였으나 양안 안저소견 및 빛간섭단층촬영에서 큰 변화는 관찰되지 않았고 양안 최대 교정시력도 4/20으로 호전되지 않았다. 결론: 고압전기에 의해 발생한 스파크는 황반부 시세포층의 내외층 경계부에 손상을 주어 시력저하를 유발할 수 있다. | - |
