| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 의사결정능력이 부족한 복지서비스 이용자의 자율과 최선의 이익을 보장할 수 있는 의사결정지원의 이론적 근거를 제시하고, 또한 사회복지정책 과제를 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 영국 IMCA의 의사결정지원 활동을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, IMCA 서비스 성과의 핵심 조직과 인력은 사회복지시설과 사회복지사이었다. 둘째, IMCA의 활동은 복지, 돌봄 관련 전문가들의 이용자에 대한 자율 침해 및 가부장적 결정에 대한 보호 수단(safeguard)으로서 기능할 수 있다. 셋째, 이용자의 진정한 의사에 근거한 서비스 제공이 최선의 이익의 기초 조건이고, 자율의 지원은 서비스 효과를 더욱 강화시킬 수 있다. 넷째, 의사결정지원활동은 네트워크의 확대와 필수적으로 결합되어야 한다. 이 같은 분석결과에 근거하여 이론적, 실천적 함의가 제시되었다. | - |
