간호대학생의 학업적 효능감, 학업적 소진과 대학생활 적응간의 관계

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 간호대학생이 경험하는 학업소진과 학업적 자기효능감, 대학생활 적응간의 관계를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 재학생 277명으로 2015년 12월 7일부터 21일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 자료수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 통계분석은 기술적 통계, t 또는 F검증, 상관관계와 단계적 회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감은 3.70±0.50점, 학업소진 2.85±0.71점, 대학생활 적응 3.21±0.52점으로 나타났다. 대학생활 적응은 학업적 자기효능감과 학업소진과는 유의한 상관관계를 보여주었다. 간호 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업적 자기효능감, 전공만족도, 선배와의 친밀도와 평균 취득학점으로 33.5%를 설명하였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활의 적응을 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감을 향상과 학생들의 전공 만족도와 선배와의 친밀도를 파악하여 이를 개선시킬 수 있는 기회와 다양한 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. | - |
