dc.description.abstractIn this study, we present the analytic temperature profile in cylindrical geometry for transmissive optics. The model permits the explicit calculation of the optical path length difference across the radial direction of a rod. This allows us to determine the specific length of the compensation material to remove the thermal effect not only for a small region at the beam's center but also for the entire geometry of the optics, including high-order aberrations for various power ranges.-
