- Abstract
- This paper examines the impacts of university students' self-efficacy and teaching presence that have on satisfaction and recommendation intention through learning presence and learner-instructor interaction in Faceboork learning service. The results suggested that self-efficacy and teaching presence positively influence learning presence. Self-efficacy, teaching presence, and learning presence positively influence learner-instructor interaction. Learner-instructor interaction positively influences satisfaction and recommendation intention. Satisfaction positively influences recommendation intention. Thus, this study provides meaningful knowledge on how universities can facilitate e-learners' satisfaction through self-efficacy, teaching and learning presence. ? 2017 International Information Institute.
