| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 창업 전단계의 기회인식을 위한 창업기회발견행동이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향관계와 Kolb의 학습유형에 따른 조절효과를 검증하여 창업교육의 효과성을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 창업관련 프로그램에 참가하고 있는 대학생 464명을 대상으로 설문결과를 수집하였으며, 가설 검증에는 회귀분석과 다변량분산분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기회발견행동은 창업효능감에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육자의 학습유형에 따른 기회발견행동의 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, Kolb의 학습유형별로 구분하여 기회발견행동이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향력은 각각 다르게 나타나 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 효과적인 창업교육을 위해서는 사업기회발견을 위한 프로그램 개발과 창업자의 학습유형에 따른 차별적인 교육이 필요하다고 제안하였다. | - |
