| dc.description.abstract | 산업화 및 도시화로 인해 발생하는 기후변화는 현재 국외뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 극한 홍수 및 가뭄을 일으키고 있다. 특히, 가뭄으로 인한 물 부족 상황은 개인 수요자뿐만 아니라 각각의 지방 자치단체 및 정부사이에 물 분쟁을 야기하고 있다. 따라서 물 부족으로 발생하는 물 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 다양한 모델을 통한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 텍사스에서 우선 수리권에 기초를 둔 물 분배에서 사용되는 수리권 해석 모델인 Water Rights Analysis Package (WRAP) 모델을 국내에 적용하기 위해 필요한 국내 획득 가능한 자료를 조사하였으며 이를 통한 소양강댐 유역에 위치한 상류 및 하류의 유량 관측지점에서 수리권에 대한 신뢰도 분석 및 하천 유량에 대한 빈도해석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 조사된 기초 자료 및 절차는 향후 국내에 수리권 해석 모델 적용을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다. | - |
