- Abstract
- 2017년 2월부터 개정된 건축법에 의해 소규모 건축 프로젝트에 현장관리인을 투입해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이들의업무능률 향상을 위하여 이론 고찰을 통해 문제점을 도출하고, 현장관리인의 보다 나은 업무 진행을 돕고자 현장 감리업무의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의체크리스트를 대상으로 전문가 설문조사를 수행하여, 소규모 비상주감리 현장관리를 위한 체크리스트를 작성하고자하였다. 또한 작성된 체크리스트를 기반으로 하는 현장관리시스템의 활용 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이러한 BIM기반의 현장관리 시스템을 활용하면 현장에서 발생하는 다양한이슈에 대해 실시간으로 모니터링 가능하여 프로젝트를 효과적으로 운영할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
