| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 요양기관 유형에 따른 입원환자의 체험에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한국교육학술정보원에서 제공하는 학술검색 웹사이트인 “학술연구정보서비스(RISS)”를 통하여 검색된 6개의 질적 연구 논문을 대상으로 자료수집 및 분석하였다. 요양기관은 호스피스, 암병동, 요양(병)원 3개의 유형으로 나누었으며, 요양기관 유형에 따른 입원환자의 체험을 주제모음과 범주를 나눠 분류했다. 연구결과, 3개의 요양기관에 공통적으로 해당되는 것은 8개의 주제모음과 8개의 범주(현대의학의 한계 인식, 영적 성장, 죽음과 사후세계에 대한 인식, 암과 나의 삶, 생명에 대한 끊임없는 갈망, 공존하는 역설적 정서, 가까워짐과 멀어짐이 반복되는 관계, 견해의 변화)를 분석했다. 요양기관 유형에 따른 차이는 72개의 주제모음과 30개의 범주로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 요양기관 유형에 따른 대상자의 체험이 다양하다는 것을 이해하고 간호사와 의료인은 대상자에 적합한 맞춤형 간호를 제공할 필요가 있다. 또한 요양기관별 공통적인 특징으로 나타난 주제모음과 범주를 통해 공통된 표준 간호를 제공하기 위한 기관 차원의 지속적인 노력도 필요하다. | - |
