| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 교류분석 재결단 프로그램이 학교 밖 청소년의 사회불안 감소와 생애목표 증진에 효과가 있는가를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 울산지역 학교 밖 청소년지원센터 2곳을 지정하여 실험집단 13명, 통제집단 13명, 총 26명으로 구성하였고 효과를 검증하기 위한 측정도구는 한국판 사회공포증 척도, 청소년용 사회불안회피척도·수행불안 척도, SDT의 청소년용 생애목표 척도를 사용하였다. 최종 프로그램은 교류분석의 재결단 치료를 기반으로 기획단계, 구성단계, 실시 및 평가 단계의 모형을 바탕으로 구성하였다. 자료 분석결과, 교류분석 재결단 프로그램은 사회에 대한 불안을 낮추고 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움도 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 외적목표는 낮추고 내적목표를 조금씩 높이기는 했으나 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 연구의 함의 및 제한점 등이 논의되었다. | - |
