| dc.description.abstract | TiNi 형상기억합금 박막은 마이크로 머신을 구동하기 위한 초소형 엑츄에이터로 활용될 수 있는 매우 매력적인 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 박막제조방법 중에서 산업적으로 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 TiNi 형상기억합금 박막을 제조하였다. EDS, FE-SEM, XRD, DSC, 저온XRD실험을 통하여 제조된 박막의 상변태 거동에 영향을 미치는 열처리 조건 및 결정립 크기 영향에 대해서 조사하였다. 상온에서 증착된 as-deposited 박막은 비정질 상태이었으며, 873K에서 1시간 동안 진공열처리함으로써 완전한 결정질 박막을 얻을 수 있었다. 하지만 결정립 사이즈 효과로 인하여 상변태 (오스테나이트->마르텐사이트) 개시온도가 123K이하로 매우 낮아진다는 것을 확인하였다. | - |
