| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 교류분석 자아상태 프로파일과 직업흥미유형 간의 관련성을 탐색하고 자아상태 프로파일에 따른 직업세계 분류와 그 특징을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구절차는 4단계로 이루어졌다. 구안단계에서는 문헌검토를 통해 직업목록과 설문지 초안을 작성하였다. 전문가협의단계에서는 전문가협의회를 구성하여 연구방법을 구체화하였다. 조사단계에서는 델파이 패널을 구성하여 세 번의 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 결과 및 종합단계에서는 총63개의 직업에 대한 자료를 분석하고, 결과에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하였다. 자아상태 프로파일과 직업흥미유형 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 양육적 부모(NP)와 사회형(S), 자유로운 어린이(FC)와 예술형(A) 간에 높은 일치가 확인되었다. 자아상태 프로파일에 따른 직업분류에서는 직업흥미유형과 관련한 자아상태 프로파일 유형 9개가 포착되었고, 그에 따른 직업분류의 특성이 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 상담에 대한 함의 및 제한점 등이 논의되었다. | - |
