| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 딸기의 화기에서 주두를 제거하고 주두를제거한 부위에 옥신제인 토마토톤을 처리하여 과실의 생육 및 품질을 검토하였다. 화기에서 주두를 제거함으로써 과중, 과장, 과폭이 낮아졌으며, 주두를 제거하는 부위가 많을수록 과실의 생육이 저하되었다. 또한 화기에서 주두를 제거하면 과실의 경도와 당도가 낮아졌다. 딸기에서 주두를 제거하면 붉은색을 나타내는 Hunter a값이 낮아지고 황색을 띄는 b값이 높아졌으며, 과실의 총안토시아닌 함량도 감소하였다. 또한 주두를 제거하는부위가 많을수록 과실당 종자수가 감소하였다. 주두를제거한 부위에 옥신제인 토마토톤을 처리하면 과실의 크기가 커졌다. 반면 토마토톤을 처리는 대조구에 비해 과실의 경도, 당도 및 안토시아닌 함량은 낮아졌다. 딸기에서 주두를 제거하거나 토마토톤을 처리함으로써 과실의 숙성이 지연되었다. 또한 제거하는 주두부위가 많을수록 기형과가 증가하였고, 토마토톤 처리에 의해서도기형과 발생율은 증가하였다. 따라서 딸기에서 토마토톤사용은 과실의 크기를 증가시키지만 숙성을 지연시키고기형과 발생률을 증가시켰다. | - |
