| dc.description.abstract | 최근 BIM을 도입한 건설 프로젝트가 늘어나고 있으나,발주처 측면에서는 초기에 제안된 내용과 실제 수행된 내용에 많은 차이가 있다는 문제점이 제기되고 있다. IT분야에서는 SLA라는 방법를 활용하여, 프로젝트에 제공되는 서비스에 대한 평가를 수행하고 있는데, 이를 BIM 프로젝트에 도입하여 SLA를 기반으로 BIM서비스를 평가하는 프로세스를도입하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 BIM 서비스에 대하여 SLA기반으로 평가하기 위한 프로세스와 평가기준을 제시하고자 한다. 제시된 BIM 성과평가 프로세스와 기준은 건설 프로젝트에서 일관성이 있고 체계적인 BIM 서비스를 도입하는 데도움이 될 것으로 판단된다. | - |
