- Abstract
- 본 연구는 우수 어선원 확보를 위해 선급금을 경쟁적으로 지급하는 관행이 근해통발어업의투명한 회계 처리에 가장 큰 걸림돌이라 인식하고, 선급금 지급을 축소 또는 폐지하는 임금지급방식이 미환수 선급금의 공제 문제, 비정상적인 가공경비 처리 문제, 어선원 귀속분의 갑근세 및 4대 보험에 대한 어업경영주 부담 문제 등을 완화시킬 수 있는지를 분석하였다.
