| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서 개발된 플립러닝을 적용한 알레르기비염 교육프로그램은 지속성 중등도 중증 알레르기비염을 가진 20대 환자의 알레르기비염지식과 자기효능감, 자가간호행위를 향상시켜 알레르기비염 자각증상을 감소하고 삶의 질을 향상시키는 효과적인 중재임이 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 환자 맞춤형 TREAT 플립러닝 수업운영단계는 기존의 학습자 중심의 모델에 비해 단계를 줄이고 질병에 대한 지식을 스스로 습득하고 자가관리 방법을 직접 경험해 봄으로써 스스로 건강행위를 수행할 수 있도록 하였으며, 온-오프라인 수업에서 실시간 피드백을 하여 건강행위를 촉진하도록 교육을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 임상의 간호사나 대학의 보건관리자가 알레르기비염을 가지고 있는 20대 대상자에게 교육할 때 본 연구에서 개발된 플립러닝을 적용한 건강교육프로그램을 활용할 것을 권장한다. 또한 만성질환자를 위한 플립러닝을 적용한 건강교육 프로그램 개발과 효과에 대한 검증연구를 제언한다. | - |
