| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 적응유연성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 일반대학생과 전문대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 247건의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 Amos 18.0을 사용하여 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대학생의 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 및 적응유연성의 구조모형은 적합도가 양호하게 나타나 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 예측하기에 적합하였다. 대학생의 진로장벽은 진로준비행동과 적응유연성에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 적응유연성은 진로준비행동에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 적응유연성의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로준비행동 수준에 대한 진로장벽과 적응유연성의 의미와 진로교육 및 상담에서 적응유연성의 역할 등이 논의되었다. | - |
